Andrew Weinberg, CEO of Retail Engage and co-founder of bonsella® explains that “the rewards and loyalty programme targets 20 million shoppers and consumers in the independent main market sector in South Africa, with over 1,5 million of those already bonsella® registered members and growing at an additional 75,000 new members monthly.”
bonsella® connects retailers, shoppers, brands and industry sector partners in banking, insurance, liquor and telecoms. Shoppers get their free bonsella® card at any participating store and start earning instant airtime rewards from everyday shopping, plus access to instore activations, competitions and value-added services. Partners receive an innovative and cost-effective alternative channel to market that provides a competitive edge in this booming middle market.
“We are thrilled to have been announced as finalists in these prestigious awards. We’re up against some tough competition this year but are very proud to have been recognised for the results bonsella® has achieved so far,” says Weinberg.
